Al-Falaq
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Transliteration
Qul aAAoothu birabbi alfalaqi Min sharri ma khalaqa Wamin sharri ghasiqin itha waqaba Wamin sharri alnnaffathati fee alAAuqadi Wamin sharri hasidin itha hasada
Translation
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
How
Recite with Al-Ikhlas and An-Nas, blow gently into the cupped palms, then wipe over the face and as much of the body as the hands can reach.
