At-Tariq 86:4
إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ
Transliteration
In kullu nafsin lamma AAalayha hafithun
Translation
There is no soul but that it has over it a protector.
